Price and where to buy it
$3,450,000 from Warstock Cache & Carry. Storage needs a Hangar or a Facility — it will not fit in an ordinary garage.
What the add-ons cost

Fully kitted out, you are looking at well over $4.5 million once the base price and every add-on are counted.
What it actually does
It plays the same role as the Mobile Operations Center, in the air: a gun turret for defence, a vehicle workshop for modifying and storing a personal car mid-flight, and a weapon workshop for customising weapons on the move.
Is it worth it over a Facility alone
Only if you already fly often. The Avenger is a Facility's tools bolted onto an aircraft — buy it for the mobility, not because it replaces ground-based storage.
