GTA Online Imani Tech is a layer of weaponised and defensive upgrades that sits on top of specific vehicles rather than being a business of its own — you need other infrastructure before you can touch it.

What you need first

Imani Tech upgrades are fitted in the Terrorbyte's Vehicle Workshop, which means owning a Terrorbyte before any of it is available. The Terrorbyte itself requires an MC Business or Nightclub to purchase.

What it adds

Depending on the vehicle, Imani Tech options include:

EMP bursts that disable nearby vehicles
Remote-control drones or mines
Armour plating upgrades
Countermeasures against homing weapons

Not every eligible vehicle gets every option — the workshop menu shows exactly which upgrades a given vehicle supports before you pay.

Is it worth the detour

If you already run MC businesses and own a Terrorbyte for the sell-mission bonuses, Imani Tech is close to free value on top. Buying a Terrorbyte purely for Imani Tech access is a harder sell — it's an expensive vehicle to get for upgrades alone.
