The GTA Online Diamond Casino Heist is the highest-paying job in the game, and it is the reason anyone buys an arcade.

The three approaches

Silent & Sneaky — get in and out unseen. The hardest to execute, the cleanest when it works, and the one where a single mistake ends the run.
The Big Con — walk in disguised. The most forgiving, and the one most crews settle on.
Aggressive — go in loud and shoot your way out. The least prep, the most chaos, and the lowest tolerance for a weak team.

Prep work differs by approach, and each has its own required setup missions.

What the vault holds

The target is randomised, and it decides the ceiling: cash pays least, then artwork, then gold, then diamonds — which only appear during specific periods. Hard mode raises the take further.

Gross figures run into the millions before cuts, and cuts are where crews argue. Your support crew take a percentage off the top before the players split anything.

The weekly limit

This is the part that changed. Since Title Update 1.73 in July 2026, the Casino Heist pays a full amount once per week, with reduced payouts on repeat runs in the same window. The old strategy of grinding it back to back no longer works, and guides written before that update overstate what you can earn in a session.

Practical advice

Two competent players beat four disorganised ones. Agree the approach and the cuts before anyone starts prep — not on the final board.
