PUBG Hybrid Scope: One Attachment, Two Zoom Levels

It saves you an attachment slot by folding two scopes into one, switching zoom with a single button instead of swapping optics mid-fight.

The PUBG Hybrid Scope solves a problem every long-range build runs into: carrying both a 3x and a 6x scope eats two attachment slots for something you use one at a time anyway.

What it does

It combines both magnification levels into a single optic. A dedicated toggle switches the zoom between 3x and 6x on the fly, so you can hold a mid-range angle at 3x and punch in to 6x the moment a target moves further out, without opening your inventory or physically swapping scopes mid-fight.

Where it fits

It occupies the same high-power scope slot as a standalone 3x or 6x optic, so it fits any weapon built to mount one — most assault rifles and DMRs, not the close-range weapons limited to red dot or holographic sights.

Why players carry it over the separate scopes

  • One inventory slot instead of two.
  • No mid-fight fumbling — the zoom toggle is instant, unlike physically swapping an attachment.
  • Flexibility — useful on maps or drop spots where engagement ranges swing unpredictably between close towns and open fields.

The trade-off

It is still one item, so if it drops somewhere you cannot reach, you are back to hoping a separate 3x or 6x turns up. It is a convenience upgrade over having both, not a replacement for looting sensibly in the first place.
