Dota 2 Faceless Void: Abilities and Chronosphere Guide

A carry who plays completely differently from the rest of the pool — a time-stopping ultimate built to let his team pile in for free.
Dota 2 Faceless Void is an agility carry defined by his ultimate — a bubble that freezes every enemy inside it while Void and his team keep acting freely.
The kit
- Time Walk — a dash that also rewinds Void to where he stood a short time earlier, dodging anything that hit him in between and closing distance in the same move.
- Backtrack — a passive chance to avoid damage entirely, giving him surprising survivability for a carry with no other defensive tools.
- Time Dilation — slows enemy ability cooldowns and movement in an area, disrupting fights before Chronosphere is even up.
- Chronosphere — his ultimate, a sphere that freezes every enemy caught inside while Void's team can still move and attack, turning the fight into a one-sided beatdown for its duration.
Playing him
Void wants to farm fast and hit the point where Chronosphere is up for every fight. Time Walk lets him dodge the burst that would otherwise kill a squishy carry while he gets there.
Building him
Attack speed and a way to get value out of every hit inside Chronosphere — cleave-style farming items early, then whatever converts his attack speed into damage once fights become the priority.
