Elden Ring Nightreign Executor Build Guide

His kit rewards deflect timing and bleed damage — the build choices below are about supporting both rather than picking one.

An Elden Ring Nightreign Executor build should lean into two things his kit already wants: landing deflects with the Cursed Sword, and stacking bleed through weapons that suit his stats.

Weapon choices

He carries the highest Dexterity in the roster along with strong Arcane, which points straight at katanas. Nagakiba and Rivers of Blood are the two most commonly built toward, both leaning on bleed rather than raw poise damage.

Relics to prioritise

Look for relics that reinforce Tenacity, his passive that triggers attack power and faster stamina recovery on recovering from a status ailment, not on suffering one. Relics that boost damage after a deflect compound well.

The Seppuku trick

A relic carrying Seppuku lets you inflict a status on yourself on demand. Since Tenacity fires on recovery, not the hit itself, this lets you trigger it deliberately at the start of a fight rather than waiting for an enemy.

Where this build struggles

Crowds. Deflection answers one attack at a time, so this build still needs an escape option — Whirlwind-style crowd control from a Guardian teammate covers the gap better than anything in his own kit.
