The Genshin Impact Cryo Archon is the Tsaritsa, full name Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya, ruler of Snezhnaya. For most of the game's history her nation was the one place on the map you could not visit — that changed with Version 7.0.

What is confirmed about her

She rules Snezhnaya and commands the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, who carry out her will across Teyvat.
Other Archons have handed over their Gnoses to her over the course of the story — Zhongli exchanged his directly, and Il Dottore took Nahida's Dendro and Electro Gnoses partly on her behalf.
Her nation, Snezhnaya, released on 12 August 2026 as part of Version 7.0, reached through Archon Quest Chapter 7 Act 1.

What is not confirmed

She is not yet a playable character. Guides covering Snezhnaya list her as a related figure with her weapon type and rarity marked unknown, which is the reliable sign HoYoverse has not revealed a kit for her.

Why the region matters

Snezhnaya opening closes out the last of Teyvat's seven Archon nations. The story is not finished, but the map — for the first time — is.
