The five-stars

  • Raiden Shogun — polearm, energy battery and burst damage.
  • Yae Miko — catalyst, off-field turret damage.
  • Keqing — sword, the original Electro carry.
  • Cyno — polearm, on-field Aggravate.
  • Clorinde — sword, on-field Aggravate.
  • Varesa — catalyst, plunging DPS.
  • Ineffa — polearm, Lunar-Charged sub-DPS.
  • Flins — polearm, the Lunar-Charged hypercarry added in 6.0.

The four-stars

Lisa and Razor, both free. Then Fischl, Beidou, Kujou Sara, Kuki Shinobu, Dori, Sethos, Ororon, Iansan and Alyosha — the 7.0 addition, a polearm buffer and healer given away for progressing the Everwinter Without Mercy Archon Quest.

Fischl remains the answer for most accounts: cheap, off-field, and useful in almost every Electro team ever assembled. Chasing the current top end instead? Treat Flins and Ineffa as one decision rather than two.
