Bunker location barely affects production, but it massively affects how much griefing you deal with. Here is which one is actually worth buying.
The GTA Online best bunker location isn't the most expensive one — price and usefulness barely correlate once you look at where each bunker actually sits.
The options that matter
- Raton Canyon — $1,450,000. The cheapest useful bunker. Tucked in the mountains with little passing traffic, and the Mobile Operations Center spawns right outside.
- Chumash — $1,650,000. Close to the city for players who hop between businesses often, at the cost of more player traffic.
- Route 68 — $1,950,000. Central, but sits inside a known PvP hot zone around Sandy Shores.
The one to skip
Farmhouse, at $2,375,000, is the most expensive bunker and not worth the premium — the extra cost buys location, not better production.
The real cost
Buying the building is the smaller expense. Staff and equipment upgrades run roughly $1,155,000 combined and matter far more for profit than which bunker you picked — don't skip them to save money on the building itself.
