There is no App Store or Google Play listing, and no announced plan for one. Here is what streaming and remote play actually offer instead.

GTA Online mobile is not something Rockstar sells. There is no official app on the App Store or Google Play, and none is currently announced for PC/console-only GTA Online.

What actually exists

Cloud gaming — services like Xbox Cloud Gaming or GeForce NOW can stream your existing PC or console copy to a phone screen, the closest thing to a legitimate mobile GTA Online.
Remote play — apps like Steam Link or console remote-play apps turn your phone into a screen and controller for a PC or console already running the game at home.

What to avoid

Sites offering a GTA Online APK for Android or iOS are not Rockstar. These are unofficial, unverifiable, and a common way accounts and devices get compromised — there is no safe version of this that isn't streaming or remote play from a copy you actually own.

The honest answer

If you want GTA Online on a phone, you are looking at streaming your existing copy, not installing a mobile port. Nothing else on offer is real.
