Managing Your Call of Duty Warzone Account

Everything runs off a single Activision ID, linked to whichever platform you play on. Here is how linking, security and progress carry across it.

Every Call of Duty Warzone account is built around one Activision ID, and understanding that single fact clears up most of the confusion around linking and progress.

The Activision ID

Create or manage one at profile.callofduty.com. It's the account that tracks your stats, unlocks, Battle Pass and — critically — any bans, across every platform you play on.

Linking platforms

Link your PlayStation, Xbox and PC (Steam/Battle.net) identities to the same Activision ID and your progress follows you between them. Skip this step and each platform can end up tracking progress separately.

Security

Turn on two-factor authentication from your account settings. Given that a linked account holds every purchase and cosmetic across every Call of Duty title you own, it's worth the extra ten seconds at login.

If something looks wrong

Missing purchases or unexpected bans both go through Activision Support at support.activision.com — that's the only legitimate channel, and anyone offering to "fix" an account outside it is not acting in your interest.
