A GTA Online executive office is what turns you into a CEO — it isn't optional if you want Special Cargo, Import/Export or a Vehicle Warehouse running.

What it costs

  • Offices are sold through the Dynasty 8 Executive website on your in-game phone.
  • Prices start at roughly $1,000,000 for the cheapest office and climb with size and building.
  • Bigger offices add more garage space and a nicer view — neither affects how the businesses inside them earn.

What it unlocks

  • Registering as a CEO, which opens Special Cargo, VIP Work and, with a Vehicle Warehouse, Import/Export.
  • A private office you can decorate, plus a small personal vehicle garage.
  • Associates you can invite into your CEO organisation.

Which one to buy

Location matters more than size for money-making. An office central to your warehouses and the casino cuts travel time on cargo runs. The cheapest office works fine on a budget — the extra rooms in pricier buildings are cosmetic rather than functional, so put the saved cash into the business instead.
