Nine locations, one price range, and one heist chain that will not start without one. Here is what the property actually buys you.

GTA Online facilities are the property type built around the Doomsday Heist, and they double as serious storage for anyone running weaponised vehicles.

Price range

$1,250,000 to $2,950,000 across nine locations, bought through Maze Bank Foreclosures — Paleto Bay is the cheapest, Land Act Reservoir the priciest.

What you get

  • Access to the Doomsday Heist planning room, required to start the heist chain at all.
  • Storage for 7 personal vehicles plus 5 dedicated weaponised-vehicle spaces.
  • A Workshop for modifying the Avenger and other large weaponised vehicles.

Optional add-ons

An Orbital Cannon ($900,000) and a Security Room ($775,000) are the headline extras, alongside cosmetic style and graphic options.

Running costs

A Facility carries a daily maintenance fee of $510 on top of the purchase price, so factor that in if you are not planning to run the Doomsday Heist itself.
