Every hero on this list, including the newest ones, unlocks for free through play. Battle passes and the item shop only sell cosmetics — never characters.

It keeps growing

Blizzard has kept adding heroes at a steady pace since 2025, so a printed list goes out of date fast. The in-game hero gallery always reflects the current roster.
