Women make up close to half the Overwatch 2 roster — spread across every role, not clustered into Support.

Overwatch 2 female characters are spread fairly evenly across all three roles, not stacked into Support the way some hero shooters lean.

Tank

D.Va, Orisa, Zarya and Junker Queen hold their own on the frontline alongside the roster's male and non-binary tanks.

Damage

Tracer, Widowmaker, Sombra, Ashe, Mei, Pharah, Symmetra, Sojourn and Echo make up a large share of the Damage roster.

Support

Mercy, Ana, Moira, Brigitte, Kiriko, Illari and Juno anchor the Support side, which has historically leaned female more than the other two roles.

The 2026 additions

Domina joined the Tank roster and Mizuki joined Support as part of 2026's new-hero wave, adding to the list above.
