Elden Ring Irina Quest: Full Walkthrough

The Elden Ring Irina quest is one of the first proper questlines most players stumble into, and it is short enough to finish inside an hour.

Finding Irina

She is sitting on a low wall on the road south of the Bridge of Sacrifice in the Weeping Peninsula — a woman in a discoloured dress with short blonde hair. Talk to her and she asks you to carry a letter to her father.

Delivering the letter

Her father is Castellan Edgar, holding Castle Morne at the peninsula's southern tip. Climb the north-eastern rampart tower to reach him, talk until his dialogue runs out, then hand over Irina's Letter.

The boss that follows

Edgar will not leave the castle until the Leonine Misbegotten is dealt with — it is holding the castle's sword. Clear the arena fight and it drops the Grafted Blade Greatsword.

Finishing it

Bring the greatsword back to Edgar. He thanks you and sets off to meet Irina on the road — where you find her already dead, Edgar collapsed beside her. There is no way to prevent it; the quest is written to end there regardless of how fast you complete it.
