Elden Ring Nightreign: How to Sell Relics for Murk

Where the sell option hides, how much each relic size is worth, which relics cannot be sold, and which ones are worth keeping.
Elden Ring Nightreign how to sell relics: go to the Relic Rites altar in the Roundtable Hold and tab to the last page of its menu. That is the sell screen. Mark the relics you do not want, press Sell, and you get Murk for each one, from 150 to 550 depending on its size.
Step by step
- Walk up to the Relic Rites altar in the Roundtable Hold.
- Tab along the menu to the last page.
- Highlight a relic and press the select button to mark it for sale. You can mark several at once.
- Press Sell. On a controller this is a click of the right stick.
- Confirm, and the Murk is added straight away.
How much relics sell for

The price depends only on the size, not on how good the effects are. A Grand relic with three useless effects sells for exactly as much as a perfect one.
Relics you cannot sell
- Unique relics with fixed effects, such as the relics from Remembrance quests and Nightlords, or ones bought from the Small Jar Bazaar.
- Favourited relics. Marking a relic as a favourite locks it against selling. Unfavourite it first if you really want to sell it.
Other places to sell
- The expedition rewards screen. You can sell a relic immediately after you receive it, without equipping or storing it.
- The Small Jar Bazaar. After buying Scenic Flatstones, its shop menu also lets you sell.
What to keep and what to sell
Relic storage fills up quickly, so selling is part of normal play. A simple rule of thumb:
Keep:
- Relics with an effect built for your main characters, such as HP restoration on a skill you use constantly.
- Relics that raise your character's best stat.
- Relics whose colour fills a slot you often leave empty.
- Deep relics you actually use in Deep of Night.
Sell:
- Relics whose effects only help characters you never play.
- Duplicates of an effect that does not stack with the one you already run.
- Low-value Delicate relics once you have better ones in the same colour.
Favourite the relics you want to keep before a mass sell. It is the easiest way to avoid selling something useful by accident.
What to spend Murk on
- Scenic Flatstones at the Small Jar Bazaar, which turn into random relics. The Grand Scenic Flatstone always gives a relic with three effects.
- Fixed-effect relics from the Small Jar Bazaar and the Collector Signboard.
- Vessels: Goblets after beating Tricephalos, and the three Grails after 4 Nightlords, 7 Nightlords and Heolstor.
