Route one: earn it

Join the Fooliganz by completing Dax's First Dose mission series, then return to the Freakshop and speak to Mutt to have the lab installed for $750,000. This route costs less overall but takes longer, since you are working through story missions first.

Route two: buy it outright

Skip the missions entirely and buy the Brickade 6x6 Acid Lab directly from Warstock Cache & Carry for $1,450,000. It is operational the second you take delivery — no crew introduction required.

Which route to pick

If you have the cash and want to start selling immediately, buy it. If you would rather spread the cost and do not mind a few hours of missions first, work for it through Dax.

After you have it

Either route gets you the same lab — buy supplies, let product accumulate, then run a sell mission once you have a worthwhile amount stacked up.
