Overwatch 2 Brigitte Guide: Kit and Playstyle

Overwatch 2 Brigitte plays Support, but her kit reads closer to a brawler than a healer — she trades ranged healing for a shield and a flail.

Core kit

• Rocket Flail — her melee weapon, dealing damage in a swing and healing the last ally it hit.
• Repair Pack — a thrown healing charge that also grants temporary armour.
• Whip Shot — knocks enemies back at range, useful for peeling an attacker off a teammate.
• Barrier Shield — a frontal shield she can hold up while still swinging the flail.
• Shield Bash — a short stun on any enemy she bashes with the shield.
• Rally — her ultimate, boosting her team's movement and attack speed while granting temporary armour.

Playstyle

She's built to stand next to her team rather than behind it, using the shield and Shield Bash to peel divers off supports and Repair Pack to top up whoever's taken the most damage. Rocket Flail's healing-on-hit means staying in melee range is often correct, not risky.

Strong into dive comps specifically — Shield Bash and Whip Shot both punish anyone trying to isolate a backline target.
