Cyberpunk 2077 Ex-Factor is a Judy Alvarez side job, and it carries more weight than its length suggests — this is the job that decides whether her romance line continues at all.

Where it happens

Judy asks for backup at Clouds, the club in Megabuilding H8, Westbrook, for a confrontation with Maiko over how Woodman treated Evelyn Parker.

The variable that changes the mission

Whether Woodman is alive changes the tone of the meeting. If you left him alive during Automatic Love, an optional objective opens to confront and deal with him on the maintenance level here; if he is already dead, that branch is skipped.

The choice that matters

You can refuse to get involved. Doing so closes off Judy's romance questline for the rest of the playthrough — there is no later chance to reopen it on that save.

Rewards

Around €$2,000, roughly 68 XP and 250 Street Cred for completing it — modest next to what declining it costs you narratively.
