Cyberpunk 2077 Her Majesty is an iconic Power Pistol you cannot actually miss — it is handed to you as part of the main story rather than hidden anywhere.

Where it comes from

Alex gives it to you during Get It Together, one of the main jobs. There is no quest branch that skips it and no earlier point where you can pick it up instead.

What makes it worth keeping

Its unique perk only fires while Optical Camo is active: shots gain perfect accuracy and guaranteed headshot crits, alongside extra damage. It also carries a flat +150% headshot damage multiplier and a built-in silencer, so it functions as a stealth weapon straight out of the box.

Who it suits

Anyone running Optical Camo as a core piece of cyberware gets more out of this pistol than most Tier 3+ alternatives, because the perk is doing nothing unless that specific cyberware is active. Outside of a camo build, it is still a solid silenced pistol — just not the standout it becomes with the right loadout around it.
